Oil Painting Step By Step Demonstration
July 11, 2012Announcement – New Art Classes
September 10, 2012On a recent trip to France I had the good fortune to visit the home of Claude Monet in Giverny and to see his famous gardens. This is where Monet spent the last 30 years of his life painting his famous water lily paintings. Here are some of the pictures I took …
When ever I travel I take lots of pictures to use as painting references.
In fact I now have more than 2,500 photos and will be releasing these soon to students of Moore Art School.
The photos are a diverse collection of some of my favorite subjects to paint.
They include:
* Australian Seascape & Oceans
* Australian Landscapes
* Monet's Garden (as you can see in video above)
* Paris
* London
* Wales
* North Yorkshire – Whitby, Staithes & Robin Hoods Bay
* Cornwall
* Hong Kong & China
* Plus a series of photos of people
If you are looking for subjects to paint then you will find lots within my personal collection of photos.
We will be releasing the complete photo album in September at a cost of probably $67.
Good news … If you are a member of the DVD of Month Club … or you join before the end of August, then you will get access to the entire collection as a bonus for free. Its my way of thanking our DVD Club members. If you do not join by the DVD of Month Club by the end of August then look out for an email from us in September regarding the photo collection.
Rod the Monet Garden pictures are just – "beautiful" does not do them justice. Thank you so much for sharing your holiday photos – very generous of you.
Sincerely
Betty Riordan.
Pleasure Betty … yes it is a special place indeed. Glad you liked the pics
