Join us for this one day workshop and learn how to paint seascapes and headlands. This one day workshop is designed for beginner to intermediate level artists … so even if you have never picked up a brush before you can still come and join us. Painting in either oils or acrylics (you decide) your instructor will guide you step by step through the process of creating this terrific looking version of the Mooloolaba headland painting. This is an introduction class so you will learn a lot of the basics of good seascape painting.

The Moore Method is all about simplicity and focuses on 3 main steps to complete the painting, 3 main colours, and 3 brushes. By keeping it simple you can easily grasp the basics of good painting in no time. You will walk away at the end of the workshop with a finished painting that will amaze your friends and family.The Moore Method of Painting has been developed and refined over the last eight years and to date hundreds of students have been through workshops and learn to paint, and more than 30,000 have registered for our online workshops. Your Art Teacher – Rod Moore

Rod Moore is a Noosa & Sunshine Coast based artist. His painting style is loose impressionist landscapes and seascapes and his paintings have sold around the world to both private collectors and corporate buyers. Rod is passionate about helping people bring out their creative side and follow their dream of becoming an artist. He did his first oil painting in November of 2010 and quickly developed his approach to both painting and teaching of art to others. He is the star of two art based TV shows both of which have been broadcast around Australia. Rod turned his early frustrations of learning to paint into what today is known as the Moore Method of Painting … an approach to painting which makes it easier for beginners to get started. He has taught hundreds of artists in one day workshops and more than 30,000 students have taken his online courses.
